Our 4-week course is designed to teach you how to create the foundation you need to speak about your product and get in front of your ideal customer. Each week we'll spend a total of 2 hours (one hour of learning and one hour of one-on-one with an expert) focused on each of the 4 corners of your Product Foundation.
Week 1 - Identify your target customer
The first week we'll focus on defining who your best customers are and where to find more of them.
You'll be able to clearly articulate the 2 or 3 key personas that you serve best.
Week 2 - Define the problems your product solves
During week 2 we'll be creating the structure around the 3 or 4 major problems your product or service is designed to solve.
We'll help you create a well-defined way to talk about those problems
3) Structure your positioning
Week 3 will focus on creating the story for your product or service based on the work we did in the previous 2 weeks.
During your one-on-one time you'll work with Francis Jones to create your StoryBrand Brand Script.
4) Make it easy to buy
In week 4 we will focus on making it easy for your ideal customers to decide, buy and experience your product or service.
We'll help you build out how to package and position your Good Better Best pricing options and make the buying and fulfillment experience amazing.
